Q.

We had twins. One boy and one girl, the girl always consumes less milk compared to the boy. Is it a common situation?

A. try to feed her more often, it also depends on her weight n activity.. feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed. If you're concerned, meet with a lactation consultant or your pediatrician.

A. Hi parent Yes , it's ok please don't over feed or force feed eevry child is unique. mom should offer both the breast to both of your children.. keep yourself hydrated don't use RO water as it's Demineralized use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
