Q.

hello....my baby is 4 months old...he is not taking proper Feed....but he is active and he is urinating and motion also....he will take feed when ever needed.....is this a common factor for the babies....and his sleep Is also less compared to previous months...

A. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper. if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk. meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this. see videos on you tube for breastfeeding position and attachment. also look out for any oral thrush / ulcer or any problem in the oral cavity. rule outs colic pain which might be causing discomfort to the child. take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk for increasing breast milk for yourself. take 1s5 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
