A. hello...yes you can not give cow's milk till baby is one year old..mostly doctors recommend exclusive breast-feeding or formula feeding for the first six months after birth. But by ages 6 months, most babies are ready to begin eating semi solid foods as a complement to breast-feeding or formula-feeding... Breastmilk is best for ur baby
