Hello mom all healthy foods which are preferably made at home, you can have seasonal fruits and vegetables except for pineapple and papaya , dry fruits can be taken even if soaked over night as well, milk if you are ok, dals, roti, soups, rice, millets etc .
have food in small intervals as heavy meals have high possiblity of casuing acidity as well. keep yourself well hydrated with fluids such as water, coconut water .

There is no specific specific diet you have to follow you should eat everything that is healthy all kind of fruits and vegetables grains pulses everything that’s healthy that’s made at home you should focus more on that avoid eating any kind of junk food Chinese is mostly not recommended and you should not have more of fried food that’s it there is no particular diet that you have to follow and have good amount of proteins alongside
