AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. yes pregnant lady can have mangoes but not in excess. mangoes are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A,folic acid. it is rich in Fibre which can prevent constipation. but it also increases sugar levels so eat in limits

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can have mangoes in your food and also please put mangoes 4-5 hours in water as lots of mangoes are ripped with masala and while soaking it for 5-6 hours it remove it properly.
