A. best oil is coconut oil which is prepared from coconut milk. take coconut milk and heat it till oil separates from it.

There won't be any allergy or side effects. It will suit all skin types and infact a good moisturiser to skin. One best oil for babies kids so it's best to use coocnut oil.
