suggest very good oil for body oil massage... what to do for flat head? help me to reduce my tummy... I had cesarean delivery and it's my 4 th month

it is considered best for this can according to Ayurveda and also you can make use of any other oil like coconut oil almond oil olive oil that is plant derived and it will take a proper shape once all the fontanelles close and it will be proper in shape by 18 months
