AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. breast milk is best for the babies till 6 months. supply can be increased with nursing the baby more and more. the more the baby will suck,more milk will be formed. feed him frequently. the mother can have protein rich diet like eggs,nuts,beans,whole grains,sprouts. drink milk three times a day. don't consume gassy foods. you can take lactation tablets also
