kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given agfain and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. give steam at home. Mild cold and cough is common in this season . So for this steam is a good option that can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day at home . For severe cough ascoril LS like medication can be given .
