Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medifxcine .f
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your baby indirect steam inhalation and massage with the help of warm mustard oil mixed with ajwain and rock salt to provide relief to the child
