sir my boy 49 days old. past 5 days have cold without fever and cough past 5 days I use saline nasal drop and phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate drops ip how many days cold stay with my baby it's symptoms are having is are normal or not plz explain me this is any chances to get chest cold for my baby how can l prevent this

A. most probably your child is having seasonal cold and cough so tried to prevent temperature variations around the child and keep the child well covered and if the problem doesn't improve in 3 to 4 days please take a follow with the doctor
