Q.

what can I use nasal saline drop for my baby. is there any side effects??? My baby 5 months old and suffering from cold. please tell me name of chemical free nasal saline drop???

A. less side effects with saline nasal drops cold and cough in the baby most of the times is viral infection which will be reducing in a week time trade the baby symptomatically advisable to use steam inhalation for liquification of secretions
