Since last 2-3 days my 1.4 years daughter is having very tight stool, even i can feel her putting pressure and difficulty. What should i do? As no doctors are available due to lockdown?

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along witrh high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
