Q.
since birth ,my daughter catches cold frequently even if she doesn't eat ice cream or chocolate often. She is 4 years old now and still get cold and her nose blocks.She is finding it difficult to breathe at night.Can you suggest some home remedies to prevent cold in kid?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. At night put few drops of eucalyptus oil close to her pillow or clothes as it helps in relieving blockage and start giving steam to the baby at bed time and one teaspoon honey and give Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables
