Hlo! Good Morning. My daughter is 3yrs 8monthsold. She frequently catches coughs and colds. If she has ice cream, Chocolate and anything like bakery products she will have a severe cold and cough. How to get rid off this Dr.

please strictly avoid maida items and packaged food
please give easily digestible home made food
please give luck warm water for drinking
