she has rashes in her face mainly on chicks and forehead. Is it Normal? can we apply oil to her now?

A. For rashes is normal in changing weather. but keep skin clean and well.moisturise. Use only coconut oil or baby massage oil for massage before bath. afterbath use good moituriser contains calamine or aloe vera
