As of now apply calamine lotion where ever the rash is and first thing tomorrow take the baby and Consult a dermatologist so that they examine and treat

Atogla Cream you can apply want to the area where you can see that the child has got rashes that’s going to help apart from that if you see that it’s not helping you in any manner then you should definitely take an advice from your paediatrician or skin doctor
