Hi mom It’s all normal and common in first trimester No need to worry Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food Take ondem drops Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping
