Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl4 years agoA. hi normal coconut oil is good enough. Apply coconut oil before bath followed by gentle cleansing with warm water followed by lotion. Sebamed or aveeno products are equally good.It prevents dry skin and keeps skin healthy
