pls tell me how to increase breast milk

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! For improving breast milk production include more water,milk,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,garlic milk mutton kheema in regular diet.
Give frequent feeds,direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
