pls suggest me protein diet

A. For a protein-rich diet, include natural and healthy sources like: For Non-Vegetarians: Eggs, chicken, fish, and lean meats. For Vegetarians: Paneer, tofu, lentils (dal), chickpeas, soybeans, and nuts like almonds and walnuts. Dairy Products: Milk, yogurt, and cheese provide good protein. Grains & Seeds: Quinoa, oats, chia seeds, and flaxseeds are excellent sources. For a balanced diet, combine proteins with healthy fats and fiber.
