hii I m 7 months pregnant and I have deficiency of protein. could you pls suggest me the high protein diet in a day.

A. Hello mam you can take dals , channa , rajma , horse grain , sprouts etc , also dry fruits and nuts are also very much healthy option for you and you may opt for milk , panner , curds , soya , eggs and other non veg foods such as chicken , fish if preferred
