please tell me what diet is 6th month pregnancy?

A. Namaste Mam, You could probably take in healthy home cooked and natural foods, keep yourself well hydrated with fluids as well. Have soaked dry fruits , also seasonal fruits and vegetables, dals, rice, roti, millets as well. have small meals rather than having heavy meals as the foetus grows tend to constrict the stomach causing acidity .
