Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Coconut oil is good for massaging but choose virgin coconut oil. However in winter season mustard oil or seseme seed oil is best for massaging as these oils produce heat in body to resist against cold. Coconut oil is light and easily absorbed by body also reduce heat in body so suggested in normal days other than winter season.
