Please suggest the brand for Omega 3 tablets which is safe to take during breastfeeding. My gynec has suggested to take the tablets but didn't mention the brand name. And there are so many options available and thus unable to choose.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he is taking breast feeding so if you want to take Omega 3 fatty acid which helps to produce DHA essential for brain so you should eat fish and olive oil daily
