please suggest how to increase muscle mass in kids. my kid is 4 years old but very lean and weak.

A. Hello mom first thing is some kids their body type could be just they are thin or slim but at the same time they are healthy enough for their age . Foods such as eggs , dry fruits and nuts, variety of dals and legumes such as rajma , chana , panner , ghee, milk , non veg foods if preferred
