#AskTheExpert My daughter is 4 years old . She eats everything but still she is very thin. How to make her gain muscle mass

A. Hello! Give your child energy dense, small yet frequent meals like peanut ladoo, dry fruit milkshake, potato tikki etc. Make seasonal fruits, pulses and sprouts part of her regular meals.

A. Hello dear parent! As long as your child is active and healthy, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and good skin. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
