A. the child should consume at least 400 ml to 500 ml milk everyday and take cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits. the child should consume around 1 katori dal twice daily. also one katori vegetable rice daily and any recipe made from wheat which should be 2 to 3 katori per day. you can add dry fruits as well as add ghee to the proper diet
