please recommend substitute of lupiheme for breastfeeding mothers or some other iron supplement

A. If Gynaecologist as already advised you to go for an iron supplement why do you want to change it if there is any specific reason to it then you should be consulting your gynaecologist only once again she would advise you another supplement so please see your doctor ones or consult her
