I am a breastfeeding mother of 9 months old baby can I take calcium supplement ( cipcal 500) and iron supplement (livogen tablet) daily

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if you are feeding ur baby than can continue calcium supplement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further advice regardless iron supplement need nd exact treatment or management.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Yup It is any recommended to take all the supplements for at least a minimum of six months to 1 year after your delivery so you should continue with them and their way to be very healthy and will provide a good amount of strength in the body as well
