ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if you have taken regularly Calcium and Iron supplements for the first six months post your delivery than does not required unless it has been advised by a doctor but keep taking your diet which is rich in iron light leafy green vegetables dates
