Eves this is a medicine under the brand of Himalaya you can take two tablets twice in a day once in the morning after breakfast and once in the night before sleeping so this is how you need to take it apart from that meditation try and focus more on your rest and sleep and anybody is very close to your husband your friend or anybody whom you feel that you can open up your heart with please talk to them take out all your frustration and things that you are bothering you otherwise you can consult your doctor as well
