1) Oats is good. Check for its recipes on internet.
2) I won't suggest Chyawanprash as these days it has lots of added sugar in it. Still if doc recommends, then you can opt for it.
3) Dabur lal tail or olive oil is good. Stop if skin irritates.

So avoid it for the time being till your kid turns 3 years old.
