Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.
Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods
You can walk daily half an hour.
Do aerobic exercise, cycling,
Perform resistance training,
swimming, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar,
Pranayam.

Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
