not having food properly ?what to do to make my kid eat healthy meal

A. Hai good morning !! Improve appetite naturally by including adequate water and fluids (soups, juices, Coconut water, barley) avoid junk,oily, processed foods as these reduce appetite. Feed every two- three hours 3 Meals include fruits and vegetables,milk and diary products, Cereals,dal, egg,meat,dry fruits for meeting nutritional requirement.
