#AskTheExpert my child is not having her food properly ..infact she never wants to eat healthy food ...what should I give her to make her healthy.?

A. Hello good morning best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
