ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's good to start in pregnancy period to avoid strech marks.. but still you can use it.. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil. Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes.

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom From the pregnancy itself u should start to use bio oil. As u are mother of a new born baby now u can start to use it. This will help to reduce the appearance of the marks by fading them away.
