Need a diet chart for reducing weight

A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, jogging, swimming, dance, gym etc. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day to detox. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Have light dinner like veggies soup salads etc. stay committed to the above..U will reduce weight.
