plz suggest a healthy diet chart for weight gain of my baby

A. Dear mum, for weight gain, give 5 small meals a day which should include 2 healthy snacks in between. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give variety of grains, cereal, legumes and pulses. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
