#asktheexperts sir i want a diet chart for weight loose. im now 65.7 kg. my target weight is 55.... can i get a diet chart for my weight loose

A. Hello mom, you have to firstly get involved in some form of physcial exercise for at least 30 to 45 mins daily and also take care of your diet and prefer to have small meals , and avoid heavy meals after evening and eat only when you are hungry , avoid refined , processed , sugary foods
