Hi, I delivered a baby month ago ..and my weight before & after pregnancy is same ..can you please share diet chart that can help in reducing weight and completing nutrition..

A. You can eat all fresh home cooked foods and for now don’t focus on reducing weight rather ficus on eating a healthy nutritious balanced diet including protein carb essential vitamins and minerals in diet

A. You should just eat mindful you can take a diet from a nutritionist which will help you in maintaining your weight and reducing it without reducing onto your breastfeeding and other things which are important to maintain good breastfeeding and healthy for you
