my weight was 51 2 yrs 6 months ago thats before my son was born now I'm 60 I wanna reduce my weight .

A. hello dear Mom start your day with some lukewarm cinnamon water followed by some yoga and stretching avoid oily fried and junk food reduce the intake of sugar and Sweets have salad before your lunch and your dinner finish your dinner 3 hours before going to bed
