Q.

my weight is 78 & it is stuck from 2 year my kid is 2 year old and I want to lose weight ..what should I do ?

A. only way to reduce your access to weight is to do moderate exercise like brisk walking yoga etc take diet rich in protein and vegetables and less in fats and carbohydrates

A. Have You ever heard of intermittent fasting if you have then go for it you should try to do a fasting for a minimum 16 I was like start from 15 hours 12 to 15 hours and try to go up to 16 hours if you possibly can start working out and you will see good results within a month or two if you do it properly
