Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods

Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to lose weight fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan Happy parenting
