Q.

My weight has increased tremendously after having my second child. My BMI has reached 28. I want to reduce my weight in a healthy way. I don't work out but am active through out the day. Please help

A. focus in eating right. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour.

U If cannot go for any kind of workout then you should definitely go ahead with an intermittent fasting it’s going to be good enough to lose on your weight since you cannot do any workout or you’re not doing any work out so try intermittent fasting for at least 16 hours for healthy weight reduction
