#asktheexperts I have increased my weight even I ate little food what should I do to reduce my weight suggest any home made things to reduce my weight

A. Dear mum, apart from restricting your food intake, you need to exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle. Eat mindfully and avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods.
