My weight has increased after delivery, i feel too much hunger as well.

A. Have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy food and also sugar intake and have more of fruits vegetables soups buttermilk limewater salad in your daily diet. Also once you recover get a green signal from the doctor and can start with some light exercise like walking yoga breathing exercises and gradually make it more intense can do cycling aerobics jogging swimming etc which ever you prefer
