A. Hello mom Once your baby turned six months old then you can start doing yoga regularly to lose weight. Yoga is very effective of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results early. And also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting
