Q.

my sone is 5 months old. I do exclusive pump. my son takes milk around 11.30 pm to 12.30 am and after that he sleeps and does not wakes up in the middle of the night for feed. he wakes up in the morning around 6.30 am to 7 am and then I feed him. will it affect the health or weight of my son ? do I need to wake him up for feeding in the middle of the night? current weight of my son is 6.3 kgs

A. By this age, your baby should be well on the way toward having a regular sleep pattern. Some infants, particularly those who are breastfed, may still wake at night. But most no longer need a middle-of-the-night feeding.
