my son's feet and hands keep cool mostly. Is it normal?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and his palms are cool so mostly he is sweating a lot and after evaporations the palms are cool so don’t worry

A. small babies the head the palms and soul will be sweating a lot during summer season to regulate body temperature naturally they will be cool once they will spit it is normal
